Job Title: National Account Manager, Costco Location: Remote Reports To: SVP of Sales Compensation: $170,000 - $200,000 + bonus eligibility Marketing Message Are you a customer leader who knows how to operate within Costco’s model and execute with precision? Archer Meat Snacks, the fastest-growing jerky brand in the Natural and Specialty Channel, is searching for a National Account Manager, Costco to lead customer strategy and drive profitable growth. Reporting to the SVP of Sales, you will own the end-to-end Costco business, including customer relationships, annual planning, forecasting, P&L ownership, and trade investment. This is a highly cross-functional, high-visibility role that partners closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Executive Leadership to ensure strong execution and alignment with commercial and financial goals. What You’ll Own & Impact Customer Leadership & Account Strategy Serve as the primary point of contact for Costco buyers across all regions Develop and execute customer strategies aligned with Archer’s commercial, marketing, and financial objectives Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP), business reviews, and category insights presentations Monitor competitive activity, category trends, and Costco merchandising updates to inform strategic decisions Revenue, P&L & Commercial Execution Own full customer P&L, including revenue planning, margin management, and item‑level profitability Lead annual planning, sales forecasts, promotional calendars, and long‑range sales strategies Shape trade investment strategy to drive topline growth while improving promotional effectiveness Partner with Finance on revenue targets, margin analysis, and pricing architecture Analytics, Forecasting & Insights Analyze POS, shipments, inventory, and promotional performance to identify risks and opportunities Leverage syndicated data, internal dashboards, and Costco Compass to guide decision‑making Partner with Demand Planning to improve forecast accuracy, inventory flow, and operational readiness Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing on Costco‑specific campaigns, digital assets, field activation, and new product launches Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure service levels, packaging updates, and execution feasibility Provide field sales teams with customer direction, program details, and execution tools Present performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and cross‑functional partners Operational Excellence Manage item setup, item maintenance, pricing submissions, and all Costco vendor portal processes Ensure disciplined execution across timelines, systems, and customer requirements What Sets You Apart 6+ years of experience managing Costco or club channel accounts within CPG Proven track record of delivering revenue growth, margin expansion, and distribution gains Deep understanding of Costco’s operating model and systems (Nova, CSI, Compass, or similar) Strong analytical capabilities with experience using SPINS, Nielsen, IRI, Power BI, or related tools Expertise in trade investment strategy, promotional planning, and customer P&L ownership Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills, including joint planning experience Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast‑paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field Why Join Archer Meat Snacks?
