
Benefits Account Manager

Prior experience in employee benefits or a brokerage environment is required, as is the willingness to travel as needed.
The Job: Manage the day-to-day service and retention of an assigned book of business
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling all benefit-related needs
Support and execute the renewal process in partnership with Benefits Consultants and Client Executives
Coordinate with internal service teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of client work
Conduct client meetings, needs analyses, and enrollment sessions
Advise clients on cost management strategies and competitive benefit offerings
Assist with compliance-related items, including 5500 filings as applicable
Identify opportunities to grow client relationships through cross-selling additional services
Stay informed on industry trends and proactively communicate updates to clients
