- Partner closely with executive leadership to improve how the company tells its story internally and externally.
- Strengthen the company’s recruiting and retention efforts by creating more compelling, relevant, and differentiated messaging for agents.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a smart, grounded marketing leader who is driven by impact, not title. This person rolls up their sleeves and does what needs to get done, bringing an enterprising, solutions-oriented mindset to the role. They thrive in a collaborative environment, working across teams rather than in silos, helping create alignment and momentum across the organization.
This leader is flexible, open-minded, and comfortable challenging the status quo in a thoughtful way. They bring fresh perspective without disrupting what is already working, and focus on driving progress while earning team buy-in. They are not someone who wants to “blow things up,” but instead can assess, refine, and improve in a way that supports the company’s long-term success.
Just as importantly, this person is an encouraging and empowering leader who elevates those around them. They help team members step up, grow, and contribute at a higher level, fostering and supporting a collaborative, high-performing, and forward-thinking environment.
