Nudge is building the AI agents platform for healthcare. We automate every clinic workflow (documentation, coding, prior authorization, referrals, and more) so clinicians can focus on patients instead of paperwork. We're turning a $1T industry still buried in manual processes into one that runs on intelligent automation.
Founded by Saureen Shah (founding engineer at YouTube, co-founder & CTO of Instawork - backed by Y Combinator, Benchmark, Craft Ventures, and Greylock). The early team has built and scaled products used by millions and wants to do it again in healthcare.
About the Role
We're hiring a Founding Growth Lead to build and own our outbound growth engine, the machine that takes Nudge from hundreds of clinics to thousands. You'll work side-by-side with the founder to find, test, and scale the outbound motions that make Nudge the default AI platform for every clinic in the country.
You have growth or outbound marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare. Prior consulting, investment banking, or PLG experience is a plus. This role is for someone who's equal parts analytical and creative, comfortable with ambiguity, and wants to build something that changes how an entire industry operates.
What You'll Do
- Own outbound acquisition metrics end-to-end: pipeline volume, time-to-close, CAC, payback period, and activation rates
- Build and operate an AI-powered outbound engine that personalizes messaging from real customer signals and books demos autonomously. Cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, clinic outreach, conference follow-up. Whatever it takes to fill the pipeline
- Discover and prove a core outbound growth loop within your first 12-24 weeks. One with enough scale to acquire thousands of new clinics at an efficient payback period
- Design and launch a referral engine tuned for tight-knit physician networks where trust and word-of-mouth spread fast
- Stand up a channel partner program so every practice consultant, health IT firm, and EHR reseller in the country is sending clinics to Nudge
- Use AI tools natively across your workflow, from prospecting to copy generation to data analysis, and pioneer new AI-driven distribution strategies
- Run constant experiments. You treat growth like a lab: form a hypothesis, test it fast, read the data, and double down on what works
- Get resourceful - if a channel needs to be tested by end of week, you find a way to make it happen without waiting for permission or perfect conditions
- Partner with engineering and product to instrument funnels, build internal tools, and ship growth features directly into the product
About You
- Something in your background that makes it obvious growth is in your DNA - you scaled a channel before anyone asked you to, built something on the side that got real traction, or figured out how to generate revenue without a playbook
- Comfortable with data. You can pull your own queries, interpret funnel metrics, and make decisions based on what the numbers say, not gut feel
- Familiarity with healthcare or regulated industries is a plus but not required - intellectual curiosity and speed of learning matter more

Nice to Have
- Growth experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
- Software engineering skills - able to build and ship experiments yourself
- Strong copywriting ability and good judgment on messaging
- Ability to sell on a live demo call - if you can pitch effectively in person, you can create great marketing around it
- Experience with healthcare go-to-market motions (selling to physicians, clinics, or health systems)
