Company Description

Past Midnight is a premium eyewear brand built around bold design and the idea that great frames can shift how you show up — from day to night. We’re looking for someone to own and evolve our marketing presence and community. We’re looking for a strategic thinker who can translate our ideas into a clear marketing plan one that builds our community and feels deeply rooted in our brand DNA.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage our digital channels (we supply all creative)
  • Develop growth strategies that go beyond posting (series, formats, collaborations, etc.)
  • Analyze performance and continuously refine approach
  • Bring ideas for how to deepen our community — events, activations, partnerships, and moments that extend beyond digital
  • Collaborate on light founder-level content strategy (voice, positioning, storytelling)


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong taste and a clear point of view (this matters more than anything)
  • Ability to think strategically, not just execute
  • Deep understanding of what’s working in marketing right now — and what’s next
  • Strong writing instincts (short-form, social-native voice)
  • Someone who can take ownership and move quickly without a lot of hand-holding


We’re looking for a part-time freelance partner who can help organize and structure our marketing strategy.


What This Role Is Not

  • Not a content creation role (we handle all filming and production)
  • Not scheduling posts — we want someone thinking bigger about brand growth and community


Bonus

  • Experience with fashion, accessories, or luxury brands
  • Experience with IRL activations, events, or community building
  • Freelance background

  • Flexible, but looking for someone who can be consistently involved and proactive
