About Fer & Square
We are a high-speed premium design and print studio specializing in custom packaging, product labels, stickers, and large format printing. We produce packaging with UV printing, embossing, spot gloss, and specialty materials on fast turnaround times.
What You’ll Do
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer with print production experience to support both creative design and print operations in a fast-paced environment.
Design & Creative
- Design custom labels, stickers, packaging, and branding assets for print and digital
- Create vector artwork and production-ready files using Adobe Illustrator
- Ensure brand consistency across packaging, marketing, and product lines
Print Production
- Prepare and edit files for large format printing, label printing, and packaging production
- Upload and manage print jobs in VersaWorks and Summa Pro Pack RIP software
- Operate and monitor printing equipment
- Review work orders for print specs, materials, ink usage, and turnaround times
Quality Control
- Inspect prints for color accuracy, alignment, resolution, and defects
- Adjust files and printer settings to maintain high-quality print output
Content Creation
- Capture behind-the-scenes production content (reels, product videos, print process)
- Support social media content creation for branding and marketing
Qualifications
- Experience in Graphic Design, Print Design, or Production Design
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience with RIP softwares such as VersaWorks, Onyx Go and Summa Pro Pack
- Experience with print production workflows, file prep, and prepress
- Experience in packaging design, label design, or large format printing
- Portfolio showcasing branding, typography, and print work

Compensation & Growth
- $20–$35/hour (based on experience & performance)
