Adecco is hiring immediately for Distribution Fulfillment Associates with our client in Fort Worth, TX. Fulfillment Associates do essential jobs with one of our premier clients starting pay at $20.00/hr., plus available overtime. As a Distribution Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, picking, packing, consolidating, and shipping customer orders, while operating material handling equipment in a high-volume, temperature-controlled warehouse.

· High School Diploma or GED · 1-2 years' related experience with stable job history · Previous experience operating stand-up electric forklifts (counterbalance, articulated mast, stock picker, reach truck) preferred; if not, ability and willingness to become certified is required · General proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (D365 experience a plus) · Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment · Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels (employees, customers, contractors, and vendors) · Must be able to maintain regular and reliable attendance · Ability to read, write, and communicate in English as needed to perform job duties · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
