Position Overview Flow is seeking highly experienced and dedicated Senior UI/UX Designer Interns to join our design organization. This unpaid internship is suitable for completed Master’s graduates and is ideal for experienced creatives who want to apply their expertise in user experience and user interface design in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment. As a Senior UI/UX Designer Intern, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences across all design mediums, including Flow’s AI solutions and corporate website. You will take on end‑to‑end design processes, create high‑fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma, incorporate motion graphics and micro‑interactions, and ensure responsive, accessible, user‑centered designs. You will collaborate with cross‑functional Scrum teams (product managers, engineers, other designers) and communicate design decisions effectively. Requirements: Remote‑only, minimum 30 hours per week, commitment of at least six months. Ideal candidates have an MFA in User Experience Design or a related field, extensive Figma experience, and a strong portfolio. Key Responsibilities Conceptual & Design Thinking: Create innovative design solutions that meet business objectives and user needs. Brainstorm and develop creative ideas to enhance user experience. Interactive Motion Graphics & Animation: Generate engaging motion graphics and animations. Design micro‑interactions that provide intuitive feedback. UI/UX Design & Prototyping: Design and develop visually appealing and functional interfaces. Create clickable prototypes with Figma. Conduct user research and testing to iterate designs. Micro‑Interactions: Prototype micro‑interactions that guide users and enrich experience. Ensure consistency with brand and cohesive UX. Clickable Prototyping: Simulate user interactions and gather feedback. Iterate on designs with stakeholders. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers. Present concepts and prototypes to stakeholders. Innovation & Creativity: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies. Experiment with new approaches and techniques. Qualifications Education: MFA in User Experience Design or related field. Experience: 4+ years in UI/UX design. Technical Skills: Expert with Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration. Proficient in creating motion graphics, animations, and micro‑interactions. Strong understanding of design thinking and conceptual thinking. Attention to detail. Design Portfolio: Showcase of UI/UX work, including motion graphics and prototypes. Remote Work: Able to work remotely with 30+ hours per week commitment.
