Job Summary Our client is seeking a UX Designer to join their team! This position is remote. Duties Design end-to-end UX for web experiences, from wireframes to high-fidelity, production-ready designs Create clean, effective layouts with strong attention to hierarchy, composition, and usability Deliver developer-ready files and specs with precision and consistency Apply UX best practices and ensure compliance with accessibility standards Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers Contribute to and work within a design system to maintain consistency across experiences Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders Incorporate insights from user research and A/B testing into iterative design improvements Desired Skills/Experience Experience designing for web, including hands‑on production design Strong foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and usability Excellent visual design skills with a sharp eye for layout and detail Ability to balance customer needs with business goals Strong communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in Figma Familiarity with design systems and component-based design Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Experience producing web-ready design assets Benefits Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $37.00 and $53.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
