Two opportunities are available depending on your strengths: Account Director (new business) or Account Manager (expansion & retention).
Hybrid work model with flexibility
Clear revenue ownership and strong growth trajectory
40% self-generated pipeline (events, networking, outbound)
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Focus on new logo acquisition and expanding deals to six-figure ARR
Manage ~50 existing customers
Own renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
Drive long-term account growth and retention
Incentives on every renewal euro
2+ years closing experience in SaaS sales
Experience selling €40K–€60K ARR deals
Full-cycle sales experience with revenue responsibility
Strong communication skills in German and English
Nice to Have:
HR Tech industry experience
Based in or near Cologne
