Role Summary

The ServiceNow Form Senior Developer is responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing advanced ServiceNow forms and user interfaces to enhance user experience and ensure data integrity. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Studio, Form Designer, scripting, and

Now Assist / GenAI capabilities , working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Form Design & Configuration Design and develop custom forms using

ServiceNow Studio

and

Form Designer . Configure form layouts, views, related lists, and UI behaviors for optimal usability. Implement

Client Scripts ,

UI Policies , and

Business Rules

to create dynamic and responsive forms. Ensure forms follow ServiceNow best practices for performance, accessibility, and maintainability. Platform Development & Scripting

Develop and maintain scripts using

JavaScript ,

Glide APIs , and UI scripting. Work with ServiceNow data models, table relationships, and platform architecture. Utilize

Flow Designer

and low-code/no-code tools to automate form-driven processes. Now Assist & GenAI Enablement

Design and support solutions leveraging

Now Assist

and

ServiceNow GenAI capabilities . Enhance form-driven workflows using AI-assisted recommendations, summaries, and automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify GenAI use cases aligned with ServiceNow processes. Collaboration & Requirements Gathering

Partner with process owners and business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Translate functional requirements into technical form configurations and solutions. Provide guidance on best practices for form usability and user experience. Testing, Support & Documentation

Perform unit testing, debugging, and validation of form configurations. Support ServiceNow upgrades and troubleshoot form-related issues. Document configurations, scripts, and design decisions for ongoing support. Required Skills

Strong experience with

ServiceNow form design and configuration . Proficiency in

JavaScript ,

Glide scripting , and

UI scripting . Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as: Incident Change Service Catalog Solid understanding of

ServiceNow data model, relationships, and platform architecture . Experience with

Flow Designer

and low-code/no-code development. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- preferred. Experience working in large enterprise or MSP environments. Exposure to ServiceNow UI Frameworks (UI Builder, Workspace experience). Knowledge of accessibility and responsive UI design standards.
