Job Description / Justification: OTI is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with Azure experience designing, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions using C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform while leveraging Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus for system integrations, focusing on scalability and performance. Key responsibilities include creating plugins, workflows, and Dataverse components, along with managing CI/CD Pipelines in Azure DevOps. Assignment Number and Title: 7-858-0808A NYC311 Dynamics 365 Integration Developer Labor Category Programmer 3 Work Location: Select one and provide required details: Scheduled Work Hours: Normal business hours Monday-Friday 40 hours/week (not including mandatory unpaid meal break after 6 hours of work). Projected Assignment Start Date: 5/1/26 Projected Assignment End Date: 4/29/27 Total Estimated Assignment Hours: 2080 Hours (1 Year) Note: Normal Business Hours, Monday through Friday (not including a mandatory unpaid meal break after 6 hours of work), 40 work hours per week. If the consultant works more than 40 hours per week, the consultant must request overtime in the Agency's timekeeping system and the project manager must approve those hours worked above the weekly maximum.

The Integration Developer will be responsible for development of Dynamics 365 based CSMS integrations for enhancements and defect fixes among other things. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that meet business requirements. TASKS: • D365 Customization & Development: Design, code, test, and implement custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript/TypeScript extensions for Dynamics 365 CE. • zure Integration: Integrate D365 with external systems using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus. • Power Platform Utilization: Develop Model-driven apps, Canvas apps, Power Automate flows and configure Dataverse entities. • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs. • System Optimization & Security: Ensure system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage security using role-based security and Entra ID (Active Directory). • DevOps & Deployment: Use Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD, and deployment of solutions across environments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Ensure compliance with best practices for security, performance, and maintainability in all deliverables. • Provide technical guidance when required. MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: Candidates who do not have mandatory skills will not be considered. • Experience: 8+ years of experience developing and customizing enterprise-scale solutions. • 3-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 customization and development. • Development Skills: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript. • zure Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Azure services (Azure Synapse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Storage, APIM). • Platform Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate. • Tools: Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines). • Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in an Agile environment. DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: • Experience with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification. • Experience with Customer Insights (Journey/Data). • Knowledge of Azure SQL Database • Knowledge of Azure services and integration with Microsoft Business Applications. • Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
