Role: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Onsite (Des Moines, Iowa, USA / Canada, Remote)
Experience: 8-10+ years
Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Future Methods, Schedulers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Build responsive and high-performance UI components using LWC, Aura, and modern web development standards. • Customize Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder, Dynamic Forms, Object/Field-level design, etc. • Implement secure and scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, OData connectors, and third-party middleware. • Develop integration patterns such as Event-driven, Batch, Real-time Sync, and ETL-based solutions. • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs. • Provide guidance in Salesforce best practices, coding standards, CI/CD, and code review processes. • Collaborate with architects to design data models, security models, and integration frameworks. • Ensure high-quality delivery through thorough unit testing, functional validation, and documentation. • Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform scalability. • Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend adoption of new features. Required Skills & Experience • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience. • Strong proficiency in: o Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce o Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and role hierarchy o Integration patterns and API development • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and preferably Experience Cloud. • Working knowledge of DevOps, Git branching strategies, and automated deployments. • Solid understanding of data modeling, triggers, governor limits, and performance tuning. • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. • Experience in financial services or insurance domain (bonus if relevant). • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
