Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle DBA to join our team for a 6-month project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle database administration, including performance tuning, backup/recovery, and upgrades. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale Oracle environments.
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Oracle database solutions for large-scale enterprise environments. Perform database performance tuning, backup/recovery, and maintenance tasks. Upgrade and migrate databases to Oracle 19c, including rolling upgrades. Implement and troubleshoot Golden Gate replication. Configure and troubleshoot multi-node RAC systems on ASM. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Oracle databases. Create and troubleshoot ASM instances. Develop and maintain Oracle database documentation. Required Technical Skills:
Oracle 18c and 19c database administration. IBM AIX, Linux, and SUN Solaris UNIX operating systems. Golden Gate replication. Multi-node RAC systems on ASM. ASM instance creation and troubleshooting. Oracle database performance tuning and optimization. Required Qualifications:
6+ months of experience in Oracle database administration. Proven experience with IBM AIX, Linux, and SUN Solaris UNIX operating systems. Oracle 18c and 19c database administration certification. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle database upgrades and migrations. Knowledge of Oracle database security and compliance. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
