Customer Service Representative

LHH Talent - - Responsibilities: Process customer quotes and sales orders accurately within the ERP/EDI system; Receive and respond to customer requests via phone and email regarding pricing, orders, availability, and delivery timelines; Coordinate information between customers, vendors, and the sales team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment; Provide order status updates and tracking information, acting as a liaison between customers and sales; Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer interactions within the ERP system
