We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Entry Level Carpenter to join a growing construction team in the Omaha area! This is a great opportunity to build your skills alongside experienced tradespeople in both residential and commercial environments. If you show up ready to work, take direction well, and want to grow in the trades we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing: Assisting journeyman carpenters with framing, forming, rough and finish carpentry tasks Measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and other building materials according to blueprints and work orders Installing structures and fixtures such as walls, floors, doors, and cabinetry across residential and commercial job sites Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times Properly handling and caring for tools, equipment, and materials on site Following all safety guidelines and OSHA standards What You Need: Some carpentry or general construction experience preferred but we will train the right person Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to read a tape measure accurately Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic, punctual, and a team player attitude What's In It For You: Competitive pay based on experience Weekly pay through A-1 Staffing Temp-to-hire opportunity with a reputable local contractor Opportunity to grow your skills and advance in the trades Benefits available
