Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers Provide accurate information and assist with customer inquiries Resolve issues promptly and professionally Document interactions and update customer records Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed Follow company policies, procedures, and performance standards Requirements- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and problem?solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast?paced environment Comfortable working rotating weekend shifts Reliable, punctual, and team?oriented Must be able to work on?site each day What We Offer- Benefits package Competitive hourly pay Consistent weekly schedule Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and training Schedule:
