RETS Associates on behalf of our client is seeking a
Property Manager (PM)
in
Los Angeles, CA
to oversee a portfolio of 18 properties, primarily retail, along with one mixed-use and one industrial asset across California and Texas. This is a hands-on role with a small, family-owned firm offering a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. The PM will have a large influence on all property level decisions. Most tenants are national brands, not mom and pop. The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations including maintenance oversight, vendor management, tenant relations, and property inspections. This individual will partner closely with ownership and finance on budgeting, reporting, and strategic initiatives, while also supporting lease administration, CAM reconciliations, and compliance matters. Requirements: 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in commercial real estate Proven ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience working cross-functionally with ownership and finance teams Knowledge of building systems and property management software preferred This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000$120,000 plus benefits and the opportunity for growth within a tight-knit team.
