Commercial Roofing Service Manager / Service Sales Baltimore, MD Full-Time | In-Office Im working with a commercial roofing contractor that is continuing to grow their presence in the Baltimore market and looking to bring on a Service Manager with a strong service sales mindset. This role will take ownership of the service side locally, with the support of a larger platform behind it. The focus is running operations while also driving revenue through maintenance, repairs, and service-to-replacement opportunities. What Youll Be Responsible For Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and dispatch Manage and support service technicians in the field Build relationships with property managers, facility teams, and commercial clients Identify and generate service work, repairs, and maintenance opportunities Develop recurring maintenance agreements Turn service work into larger reroof and replacement opportunities Review proposals, pricing, and scopes Track performance, revenue, and technician productivity What Theyre Looking For Experience in commercial roofing service, operations, or service sales Strong understanding of low-slope systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified, BUR) Ability to manage both field operations and client relationships Experience generating or supporting service revenue Organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once Experience with service platforms like Dataforma, Acculynx, or ServiceTitan is a plus Compensation Base salary: $85K$95K + Profit Sharing Commission / bonus tied to service revenue Full benefits package This role is a good fit for someone who understands Commercial Roofing on the service side and wants to step into a position with real ownership and the ability to grow a market.
