This role is ideal for someone with strong call center experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities
Respond effectively and courteously to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints Return all customer calls in a timely and professional manner Set up new customer accounts and keep records updated and organized Maintain detailed customer records, including logging concerns and resolutions Identify, assess, and resolve customer needs to ensure satisfaction Utilize QuickBooks for billing, payment processing, and account management Assist with communication between internal teams, including drivers and management Customer Service Representative Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required Customer service or call center experience required 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience (service industry preferred) Excellent customer services skills Basic customer skills required for inputting and retrieving data Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment Problem solving and conflict resolution Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pay rate: $18/hr Contract to hire
