The Collections Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day
management and collection of past-due consumer and commercial loan accounts. This position focuses on early-stage through advanced delinquency, borrower outreach, documentation, and coordination with Loan Officers, Government
Finance Originators, Credit Risk, and Legal Counsel to the ensure timely resolution of delinquent accounts and compliance with Bank policies and applicable regulations. We’re looking for someone with two to five years of experience in bank collections, loan servicing, consumer lending support, or credit administration and has working knowledge of loan servicing systems. As part of the job responsibilities, the Collections Specialist will often have difficult conversations with borrowers and will also work closely with other departments within the Bank, so the ability to communicate professionally is essential. In addition, candidates should be
able to follow established procedures and escalation paths, be detail-oriented, and have strong organizational skills.
