Financial Management Analyst
You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Force Comptroller Office of Commander Submarine Force Pacific. Salary ranges Pearl Harbor, HI: $93,445 - $121,482. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. Bangor, WA: $100,602 - $130,786. Responsibilities include performing and advising work in various phases and systems of budget administration. You will formulate budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities. You will defend budget estimates before authorities. You will develop, determine, and interpret budgetary policies and practices. You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of an organization's programs and administrative operations. Qualifications require a resume demonstrating at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate managing a time and attendance/pay system or travel program to produce funding documents and Budget and Accounting requirements and ensure proper use of funds to support an organization's programs and activities.
