Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) / Sales Assistant

to help convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified appointments for our top-producing agents.

high-performance real estate organization

with proven systems, training, and support.

Responsibilities: Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified appointments, ensuring our top agents have a steady stream of potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, fostering trust and rapport to facilitate seamless real estate transactions. Collaborate closely with our real estate team to understand client needs and match them with the right expert, enhancing client satisfaction. Utilize our proven systems and training to efficiently manage and track leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed. Actively participate in team meetings and strategy sessions, contributing insights and ideas to improve lead conversion processes. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing client concerns with professionalism and care. Continuously update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for the team.

Qualifications: Experience in real estate sales or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry. Ability to convert leads into appointments effectively, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients for our agents. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, fostering trust and rapport. Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage and track leads, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with clients over the phone and in person. Ability to work collaboratively with a team, contributing insights and ideas to improve processes. Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
