Manage and support digital initiatives for energy infrastructure projects. Utilize social media monitoring tools to gather audience feedback and provide data-driven insights. Track and respond to social media comments, addressing trends and misinformation. Write engaging email and website copy from approved content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely digital campaign delivery. Complete additional projects as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, claims, customer accounting, or revenue recovery. High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills. Excellent communication and writing skills, organization, focus, and attention to detail.
Preferences
Associates or Bachelor's degree. 3 years of equivalent experience in digital content or social media management. Resourceful and innovative attitude towards social media.
