The MIL Corporation is seeking a Financial Analysis, Director to support a Federal government client in Arlington, VA. This position currently requires a hybrid schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements. Responsibilities include: Supporting new project for the Department of State - CGFS/BFSS Sector that spans across several different Bureaus. Providing SharePoint and Automation support Establishing standards and procedures Building organizational capacity aligned to the strategic vision. Grasping the external environment and impact on business. Directing subordinate managers Being responsible for achieving critical organizational objectives that impacts MIL's reputation and financial performance Travel: None Required Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant work experience Experience with SharePoint administration and workflow/automation tools Ability to develop standards, procedures, and governance frameworks Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Desired Qualifications: Industry certifications (PMP, CGFM, CDFM, ITIL, or Microsoft) Experience with the Department of State Knowledge of federal financial reporting, internal controls, and audit readiness Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives (Lean Six Sigma, RPA, data visualization) Education: BA/BS Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance and be able to upgrade to a Top Secret (TS) clearance as required. Compensation: The projected compensation range is $167,000 - $177,151.36 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package. Final salary for this position is determined based on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, and contractual limitations. Why MIL?
