Job Title: Account Manager – Semiconductor

Salary: $100K–$133K + bonus
This role combines account management, product sales, and demand creation within the semiconductor industry.
You’ll drive revenue growth, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue, profit targets, and forecasting for assigned accounts
- Manage customer relationships, pricing, contracts, and day-to-day business decisions
- Drive demand creation by promoting products aligned with customer needs
- Identify and develop new opportunities tied to customer programs
- Coordinate with internal teams (FAE, Inside Sales, Finance, Quality) to resolve issues and support growth
- Proactively address quality, cost, delivery, and supply challenges
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years in semiconductor industry (automotive experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of distributor-based sales models
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive business outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
