Account Manager – Healthcare Facilities
Location: Fairfield, Vacaville & Napa, California
Salary Range: $150,000 – $180,000
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee facilities operations for a growing healthcare portfolio, supporting outpatient locations across Fairfield, Vacaville, and Napa, CA.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing day-to-day facilities services, vendor relationships, and a small mobile maintenance team. The account is in an early growth phase, offering strong potential to expand into a broader leadership role as services scale across additional facilities and potentially into hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage facilities operations across multiple outpatient healthcare sites
- Supervise and support a team of mobile maintenance technicians
- Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance and repair activities
- Manage third-party vendors, contracts, and service delivery performance
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and operational best practices
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong and trusted relationships
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support onboarding of new sites and services as the account expands
- Identify and drive opportunities for growth, including:
- Additional service lines
- Increased third-party spend management
- Expansion into acute care/hospital environments
- Capital and project work
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, property operations, or account management
- Experience supporting healthcare environments (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to manage vendors and service contracts
- Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
