Summary The Opportunity & Internship Experience
Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Intern, Digital Product Management to join our Sales and Events, Planner Experience Digital Product Team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Digital and Sales and Events Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Analytics team, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. You will be part of a team that is passionate about our purpose, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills, and building connections across the organization with colleagues, customers, and guests.
As part of Hyatt’s Corporate Internship Program, this role delivers a hands‑on, skills‑based experience designed to accelerate learning, growth, and professional confidence. Interns are embedded within the business, partnering closely with experienced leaders on meaningful, real‑world projects that support Hyatt’s strategic priorities. The program includes intentional mentorship, regular feedback, and opportunities to engage across functions—offering a behind‑the‑scenes look at how a global hospitality company operates.
The Role This internship focuses on enhancing the planner (customer) digital experience by leveraging data, user research, and journey mapping to drive adoption of Hyatt’s direct channels. You will partner with Product, Design, and Analytics teams to measure performance, understand user behavior, and identify opportunities to improve the end‑to‑end customer experience. Your work will directly inform product decisions and help optimize how planners engage with Hyatt’s digital platforms.
Build and maintain metrics dashboards and reporting to track planner experience performance and adoption of direct channels
Document end‑to‑end user flows and journeys to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
Conduct user research and analyze behavioral data to generate insights and recommendations that drive customer adoption
Qualifications Experience Required:
Currently enrolled undergraduate student in a 4‑year degree program (BA/BS)
Experience Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, computer science, business, or a related field
Any professional certifications
Experience in Digital or Product Management
Compensation The pay range for this position is an hourly rate of $22 to $23. This position is also eligible to earn overtime, shift differentials and premium pay under certain circumstances, or incentive awards. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as local minimum wage requirements.
