ASRC Federal Data Network Technologies LLC is seeking a
ICAM SME
to support an upcoming contract located in Washington, DC. Work location: Remote (Pre‑planned travel to the Washington, DC area may be required for kickoff and other events). Clearance: Public Trust. US citizenship required to successfully complete a government‑issued background investigation. Responsibilities
Develop, document and implement governance and business processes, for each identity service where required Assist and provide technical support for implementation, operation and maintenance of the identity services to ensure continuity of operations and continuous improvement Assess and provide feedback on the health of identity services Provide identity services planning and assist in trouble resolution with Identity Services Proven ability to research, design, implement, and maintain IT systems and services to promote organizational development and productivity. Supports ICAM integrations, reporting, and provides recommendations for integration with DHS ICAM systems as well reporting to DHS for department wide ICAM reporting requirements. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent. Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience. US citizenship required to successfully complete a government‑issued background investigation. In‑depth knowledge of federal ICAM standards and the Federal ICAM Roadmap and Implementation Guidance. Knowledge of the capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses of current commercial and open‑source ICAM products. Provide identity services planning and assist in trouble resolution with Identity Services Must have certification in one of the following recognized identity, access, and security certifications:
Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) GIAC Defensible Identity and Access Management (GDA) Certified Access Management Specialist (CAMS) Comp TIA+ Security FICAM related training
