Outside Sales Representative

Certified Field Inspectors (CFIs), also known as Outside Sales Representatives, partner with homeowners to diagnose foundation and water management issues, recommend solutions, estimate repairs, present job proposals, close sales, and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Travel within the assigned sales territory to conduct in‑home inspections.

Utilize warm pre‑qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.

Diagnose and educate homeowners about issues in their homes and provide solution options.

Estimate repairs and deliver job proposals to homeowners.

Close sales directly with customers in the home.

Maintain customer relationships while tracking the sales lead pipeline.

Ensure reliable attendance by reporting to work on time each working day.

Qualifications

1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.

Experience in commission‑driven, business‑to‑consumer, and/or in‑home sales is a plus.

Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Entrepreneurial attitude focused on performance, customer service, and satisfaction.

Must have reliable transportation.

Working Conditions

Full‑time position.

Remote and onsite work, reporting to a branch location.

Servicing area within the designated territory.
