Your leadership will be critical in aligning teams, resolving issues, and enabling sustainable adoption of new ways of working on a scale.
At Solstice, our people are the catalysts of transformation. You will help build and develop high‑performing teams by fostering collaboration, supporting change readiness, and ensuring that our employees have the structure, clarity, and resources needed to succeed during periods of significant change.

Serve as the primary liaison between executive sponsors and global transformation teams.
Facilitate cross‑functional decision‑making, enabling alignment and removing obstacles that impact project timelines.
Partner with HR Change & Communications teams to ensure effective communication, engagement, and adoption across impacted groups.
Develop and deliver executive‑level reporting on progress, risks, milestones, and financial impacts.
