About the Job
CardioOne is seeking a highly experienced and execution-oriented leader to drive the development and launch of de novo cardiology operations, advanced imaging, and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) sites across the platform. This role owns the full lifecycle of real estate development and clinical infrastructure implementation— from early‑stage physician engagement, site selection, and lease negotiation through design, construction, regulatory approval, and go‑live. The Director of Ancillary Services Implementation and Operations will operate as a central integrator across clinical, operational, financial, and regulatory workstreams, ensuring new sites are delivered on time, on budget, and fully operational. The individual will play a key role in structuring and supporting lease negotiations, aligning real‑estate strategy with clinical and financial objectives, and driving outcomes across a complex stakeholder environment. This role requires a highly adaptable operator who thrives in ambiguity, brings strong critical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities, and can build structure, process, and repeatability in a fast‑scaling environment. It is a high‑impact, high‑visibility role to the Vice President of Implementation and partnering closely with executive leadership across growth, operations, and finance.
