What you´ll do

Translates customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap

Develops and maintains sustainable and long‑term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors

Defines account‑specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy (A, B)

Develops and maintains strong executive and cross‑functional relationships at HQ and key locations

Steers and supports internal resources to execute account strategy

Is responsible for timely and accurate admin. tasks supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.

Defines and executes global / regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan (KP) and target plan (TP)

Identifies business opportunities, steers business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives (A, B)

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor's in engineering or science is strongly preferred. Master’s or MBA is preferred.

5+ years of experience in B2B sales/account management with strong focus on technical sales and solution selling.

Previous experience in semiconductors packaging is strongly preferred.

Experience in marketing and strategy is beneficial.

Highly systematic and conceptual thinking skills

Strong skills leading cross‑functional project teams.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across different levels

Travel will be expected to 30–40% to include both domestic and international travel.

The salary for this role is $120,000.00–$140,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
