Salary The minimum salary is
$61,954.88 annually.
This position is not eligible for overtime (exempt); however, the city has a compensatory time leave program for employees that grants leave time for hours worked in excess of forty hours.

General Description The purpose of this classification is to serve as a subject matter expert and consultant in PeopleSoft Financials, Human Resources, and/or Payroll functions and to support the daily operations of the UCG Divisions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a field related to the job.
Two (2) years of related experience.
Additional years of related education may substitute for years of experience.
Additional years of related experience may substitute for years of education.
Essential Functions
Analyzes data, troubleshoots problems, and conducts testing to maintain system functionality and effectiveness.
Researches and trains to remain up to date on current standards and best practices.
Provides first-line functional expertise for HCM and Finance operations.
Manages security and permission access for government-wide PeopleSoft users.
Assists with annual processes and system-wide upgrades throughout the year.
Coordinates efforts between technical staff and other divisions.
Trains Finance/Human Resources personnel when needed.
Performs related work as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Leads requirements gathering for small or well-defined projects.
Uses standard elicitation techniques: interviews, workshops, process mapping.
Writes clear, structured requirements and user stories.
Works independently with business users; manages minor conflicts.
Additional Information This position has a hybrid working schedule. This position is primarily remote but may be required to report on-site for meetings and other functions as required by the division.
