Adams & Knight is looking for a savvy Senior Media Planner to join its award-winning agency. This is a junior to middle level position - an opportunity to join a talented team of collaborators always eager to push the boundaries to do imaginative work that builds brands and generates measurable results.
As a Senior Media Planner, you will be responsible for working with Media leads on overarching media strategy and lead tactical planning, ensure client success, as well as mentor junior team members. This is a hands‑on role combining planning, execution, and optimization responsibilities.
The Role
Dynamic Marketer:
You are skilled/knowledgeable across digital, social, programmatic, and traditional channels. You understand Media and how to plan/partner across the entire ecosystem down to an executional level.
Strategically Minded:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop media strategies that align with brand goals, audience insights, and business objectives.
Campaign Excellence:
Ensure campaigns stay on brief/strategy and meet or exceed KPIs by reviewing creative assets, audience targeting, placements, and budget pacing. Identify optimization opportunities and implement actionable recommendations.
Cross-team Collaboration:
Partner with Creative, PR, Analytics and Brand Teams to ensure seamless integrations of Media Plans and messaging across touchpoints.
Innovation Mindset:
Bring curiosity and initiative to explore new platforms, tools, and techniques that keep our clients ahead of the curve.
Areas of Operation
Client Facing:
Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, presenting recommendations, campaign/status updates, and insights with professionalism and confidence.
Campaign Performance Accountability:
Responsible for overarching campaign performance ensuring reporting deadlines are being met with both internal stakeholders and clients.
Vendor Relations:
Build relationships with key vendors as well as frequently expanding your network and industry knowledge by meeting with emerging partners.
Innovation and Best Practice:
Stay ahead of platform changes, media trends and technology to provide our clients and teams with the latest innovations.

Qualifications
3-4 years’ minimum experience working for a Media Agency (Digital experience preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent.
Experience in various paid social ad accounts is a plus.
Experience and knowledge of the marketing/media ecosystem and creative best practices.
Self-starter who takes initiative and understands the balance of asking questions and self-education, highly collaborative and solution-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns at the same time.
Impeccable attention to detail, highly organized, and able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a high-volume setting.
