Role Description We’re hiring our first Proactive Intelligence Sales Leader to build and execute NexDiscovery’s commercial motion from the ground up. You’ll own the full customer journey—from pipeline creation and pilot design through close and expansion—and play a pivotal role in shaping our market category.

This is not a “playbook” role. It’s a founder-track position for someone who thrives on creation, iteration, and category-building. You’ll work directly with the co‑founders to define messaging, validate ICPs, and drive the early ARR milestones that establish NexDiscovery as the next layer of enterprise decision intelligence.

What You'll Do Go-to-Market Execution

Lead founder‑style outreach and pilot sales with CRO, CFO, and Innovation leaders.

Own the full cycle from first touch → 30‑day pilot → conversion

Develop and refine NexDiscovery’s core GTM playbooks across Sales, Finance, and Innovation use cases.

Run “Insight Demos” and executive readouts that demonstrate measurable ROI.

Market & Messaging

Collaborate with the founders to position NexDiscovery as the category builder in Proactive Intelligence.

Contribute to our narrative shift: “Dashboards look back. NexDiscovery looks ahead.”

Build case studies, thought‑leadership content, and event strategies that attract new enterprise pilots.

Customer Success & Expansion

Partner with clients post‑pilot to expand into additional use cases or departments.

Build a repeatable model that supports a scalable, partner‑led GTM engine by mid‑2026.

Help shape the DNA of NexDiscovery’s commercial team—hiring SDRs, CSMs, and partner managers as we scale.

Serve as a thought partner to the founders on product‑market fit and pricing evolution.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

Have 2+ years in enterprise SaaS—ideally selling data, analytics, or AI platforms.

Thrive in 0‑to‑1 environments where process is being created, not followed.

Know how to sell to CROs, CFOs, and Innovation leaders and navigate complex enterprise sales.

Have led pilots or sales cycles in BI, FP&A, or RevOps ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, etc.).

Can translate technical value into business outcomes.

Are comfortable representing a startup in front of executives and investors.
