The Marketing Creative Designer The Marketing Creative Designer plays a key role in supporting the management of the company’s visual identity across all touchpoints with responsibility for developing compelling visual and creative marketing assets that attract, engage and influence target audiences. The role will collaborate cross-functionally to translate brand identity into visual storytelling across multiple channels.

The role requires an individual highly skilled in conceptual development of visual marketing content as well as execution with the discipline to balance consistency with innovation. The position is required to be highly creative, generating engaging and conversion‑focused content while understanding how to operate within established brand systems. The role requires a strong communicator who is able to clearly articulate design decisions, present ideas with confidence, and adapt quickly to evolve designs based on feedback, business needs, and stakeholder input.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED)

Minimum of 3‑5 years in a Design role in an agency or corporate setting with previous experience in marketing, advertising, communication, public relations with expert level design execution ability

Demonstrated knowledge of brand and/or reputation management developed from previous experience

Direct‑to‑consumer experience required; B2B design experience strongly preferred

Financial services, real estate and mortgage industry experience highly preferred

Advanced proficiency in Canva for digital, web, social, and email design; video execution experience in Canva highly preferred

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite to include Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express, Acrobat

Proficiency in Figma

Email CRM and creative template experience (Total Expert, Hubspot or similar) strongly preferred

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point

Social media creative development is strongly preferred; video editing is a plus

Strong typography layout, color, and visual hierarchy skills within brand guides; experience working with scalable branding systems

Working knowledge of responsive design for web and UI/UX

Working knowledge of conversion focused design for landing pages and websites

Effective experience using AI powered design tools

Familiarity with Project Management Software (Monday.com, etc.) to manage project workflow

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong creative presentation abilities

Strong interpersonal skills

Open to feedback and collaborative mindset; ability to effective work within a team and support collective goals

Strong analytical skills; solid decision‑making abilities coupled with sound judgment

Client focused with strong execution skills and results orientation

Strong attention to detail; operates with a high‑level of precision and consistency

Strong time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and shifting priorities

Ability to identify proficiencies and optimizations in workflows; adaptability to new tools

Flexible, open to change, ability to learn new things quickly

Ability to work in a collaborative environment and provide guidance for working groups

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is between $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 annually

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
