Consumer Insights Intern (Marketing)

As a Consumer Insights Intern (Marketing) at Swisher, you will gain hands‑on exposure to key consumer research methods, data storytelling, data platforms and stakeholder collaboration within a leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) company. You will work alongside seasoned professionals to support the Consumer Insights team in executing key marketing initiatives over a 12‑week period. You will work closely with insights and analytics managers to help deliver quality results that supports overall brand objectives.

Internship Details

On or about May 11, 2026 – July 30, 2026 (12 weeks)

35 hours a week / $20.50 per hour

Hybrid work environment

Key Responsibilities

Gain hands‑on exposure and experience with consumer insights research methodologies, best practices and primary data

Partner with key Marketing and Sales departments to develop data‑driven solutions to business needs

Learn and understand data platforms such as Numerator, Quantilope and similar platforms and dashboards

Work with primary and secondary data creating cohesive consumer stories

Lead tracking of Swisher and competitor product launches and host meetings to share findings

Support and assist managers in survey writing, testing and data integrity

Qualifications

Junior or rising Senior college student residing in the Jacksonville, FL area Summer 2026

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Sociology or related fields

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Enthusiastic, goal‑driven attitude with the ability to follow up and follow through proactively

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Demonstrated critical‑thinking, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
