Position Overview This role is located in the Brandon, Seffner and Tampa areas with afternoon start times, 3–4 days per week, working up to 29.5 hours a week.
What You Will Do As a Coke Florida Merchandiser you will replenish, merchandise and manage product displays at all designated accounts, maintain customer relationships across all sales channels, and ensure account compliance with company standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards
Maintain appropriate product inventory levels in beverage sections and throughout accounts, including shelf allocation and cold equipment
Manage back‑stock inventory levels and trade breakage in assigned accounts
Meet customer service expectations through daily communication, problem resolution and follow‑up
Maintain professional relationships with co‑workers, customers and shoppers
Maintain inventory levels, company assets and point of sale, ensuring the account meets company merchandising standards; properly face and spin product per applicable standards
Conduct store surveys
Communicate account activities, including equipment service needs, to appropriate parties
Maintain merchandising standards while rotating products each time in designated accounts
Organize back‑room inventory in an orderly manner
Maintain cleanliness of equipment, sales floor and shelves
Transport, replace and maintain point‑of‑sale advertising as appropriate for the account
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Work overtime as assigned
Comply with all company policies, procedures and applicable laws
Identify and report any unsafe working conditions
Comply with dress code or appearance/grooming standards
Work shifts and schedules as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED (General Education Diploma)
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee hours
Ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack or lift product; certification as required
Valid driver’s license and current vehicle liability insurance as specified by the company
Driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years*
Preferred Qualifications
Associate Degree or additional college/University coursework
One year or more of sales or merchandising experience
Strong attention to detail and follow‑up skills
Excellent planning and organization skills
Ability to use and understand mobile applications
Experience working with minimal or no supervision
Physical Requirements
Repetitively lift, carry, and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
Repetitively push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds while kneeling, squatting, reaching overhead, reaching at waist, below knees, and bending at knees
Repetitively push and pull manual transport equipment (e.g., pallet jack or hand truck) containing product loads up to a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
Repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination
Exert oneself physically over sustained periods to complete job activities
Read information in small, medium and large print
Stand a minimum of 8 hours during the workday, up to 10 hours
Walk a minimum of 4 hours during the workday
Frequently work in a hot/humid indoor environment
