Job Requirements When every connection counts, TE’s Industrial & Commercial Transportation (ICT) business unit delivers reliable connectivity products designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions for on and off-highway vehicles and recreational transportation. As a world leader in rough and rugged connectivity, depend on TE’s ICT to provide innovative solutions for field applications where failure is not an option. Some of our key technologies include terminals and connectors, custom cable assemblies, relays and switching modules, inductive systems, and wire and cable.
Responsible for proliferating the Industrial Commercial Transportation’s (ICT) product portfolio.
Primary resource and principal point of contact within the assigned territory, responsible for advancing business objectives for TE and ICT.
Partner with customers to identify, recommend and deliver products and solutions across new and existing applications.
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders (product managers, engineers) to deliver solutions and support ICT’s next-generation technology roadmap.
Identify new applications and customer requirements, including necessary product modifications and enhancements, and deliver on‑site presentations and hands‑on product training.
Lead the technical elements of the sales cycle, from opportunity identification and solution development, demand creation, specification development, and post‑sale technical support.
Location: Remote/Home office in Midwest Region (Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa)
What your background should look like Key Responsibilities
5+ years’ B: B component sales experience is desired.
Understanding of assigned territory and market dynamics.
College degree: BS degree in Engineering and/or Business preferred.
Willingness to travel within region (approx. 50%-75%) and a valid U.S. driver’s license.
The successful candidate will encompass the skills to successfully compete and thrive in a highly competitive market.
A strong technical background (Technically Astute).
Strong selling and presentation skills.
A solutions-oriented individual capable of looking not only at the component requirement, but an understanding of the complete system to offer full‑assembly solutions where possible.
Strong customer focus and ability to advocate for the customer throughout all levels of management.
Ability to engage with customer’s development engineers and purchasing personnel
Strong time management skills required for this remote position.
Excellent communications skills (verbal, written)
Demonstrates adaptability to change priorities and strategies based on business conditions.

COMPENSATION
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $128,200- $192,300 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
