Trademarkia, Poland, NY, United States
Location:
UK or Europe (with required travel to the United States)
Type:
Full-Time | Executive Leadership
Chief Marketing Officer (UK/Europe) – Trademarkia
Overview Trademarkia is seeking a highly entrepreneurial
Chief Marketing Officer (UK/Europe)
to lead and scale our growth across the region.
This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for a
regional operator —someone who thinks like a business owner and takes full accountability for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
You will own the UK/Europe region as a business unit, leveraging Trademarkia’s brand, AI systems, and global infrastructure—while driving local execution, performance, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Own regional revenue and growth
Drive top‑line revenue across UK and Europe
Establish and execute regional growth strategy
Lead paid acquisition and performance marketing
Directly oversee paid search strategy and budget allocation
Optimize CAC, conversion rates, and ROI
Drive conversion and funnel optimization
Improve landing pages, messaging, and user journeys
Continuously test and iterate on acquisition funnels
Localize and expand channels
Adapt messaging, pricing, and positioning to local markets
Develop partnerships, affiliates, and offline channels
Build scalable marketing systems
Work with engineering and AI teams to implement automation
Leverage agentic systems for customer engagement
Develop high‑value revenue streams
Partner with legal teams to drive complex engagements (IP, litigation, enterprise clients)
Build strategic relationships and enterprise pipelines
Training & Qualification Requirements To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate both strategic and hands‑on capabilities:
U.S.-Based Training (Required)
Spend time in the United States learning Trademarkia’s growth systems
Deep exposure to paid search, funnel optimization, and KPIs
Paid Search Expertise
Proven ability to manage and scale significant paid budgets
Hands‑on optimization experience (not just oversight)
Product & Design Fluency
Ability to work with tools like
Figma
Translate insights into landing page and funnel improvements
Full Funnel Ownership
Lead generation → conversion → retention → upsell
Strong understanding of pricing, messaging, and lifecycle marketing
Ideal Candidate
8+ years in performance marketing, growth, or digital acquisition
Experience managing multi‑country or regional campaigns (UK/Europe preferred)
Strong analytical and execution skills—comfortable getting into the details
Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality
Experience scaling high‑growth or eCommerce / lead‑gen businesses
Willingness to travel to the U.S. for onboarding and ongoing collaboration
What This Role Is Not
Not a purely strategic or “brand‑only” CMO role
Not a role limited to managing agencies
Not disconnected from execution
What Success Looks Like
Measurable revenue growth across UK/Europe
Scaled and efficient paid acquisition channels
Improved conversion rates across all funnels
Strong localized presence in key markets
Expansion into higher‑value customer segments
