Senior Tax Associate - Real Estate

My client, a Boutique Real Estate group is looking for a Senior Tax Analyst to join their expanding team. Our client works on a hybrid basis in downtown Chicago, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefits.
Responsibilities
Lead tax compliance and filings (federal, state, local)
Review and oversee tax returns and provision (ASC 740)
Prepare and deliver tax reporting and estimates
Serve as primary contact for tax-related matters
Support tax planning, research, and transactions
Manage audits and monitor tax law changes
Collaborate with finance, legal, and external advisors
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA preferred
3-5 years in real estate/private equity tax
Big 4 experience preferred
Strong knowledge of partnership, REIT, and multi-state tax
