Sales Development Representative (Telemarketer)
to support sales efforts in the US and Canadian markets. This is a full-time, remote role ideal for someone who thrives on building customer relationships, enjoys outbound engagement, and has an interest in technology and software solutions.

Role Overview You will be responsible for lead generation, appointment setting, and CRM management, helping to drive business growth by converting cold calls into qualified opportunities for Regional Sales Directors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify leads, managing them through the sales pipeline
Conduct prospect mining using industry databases
Maintain and update CRM records (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Conduct outbound B2B calls to convert prospects into appointments
Generate qualified appointments for Regional Sales Directors
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain customer database accuracy and cleanliness
Communicate professionally with prospects and clients
Candidate Requirements
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Interest in technology/software solutions
Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Highly organized with accurate data entry skills
Independent, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks
Preferred
Familiarity with MIS software (training provided if not)
Previous experience in telemarketing or inside sales
Competitive hourly pay ($17.59–$28.41/hour)
