Assistant Vice President, ServiceNow Presales Architect (INS028295)
You will support the Sales team and participate in onsite GTM activities during the sales cycle, demonstrating the various modules of the ServiceNow platform to prospective customers on a deep technical level, design architecture for ServiceNow solutions, select appropriate modules, build and present custom demos, hold workshops, and run short proof of concept programs.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate expertise in core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CRM, S2P, HRSD, MCO, FSO, etc.
Present ServiceNow solutions to clients in a value‑led approach.
Assist the Sales personnel in qualifying customer needs and performing pre‑demo needs analysis.
Assess customers’ strategic needs, uncover business requirements, determine gaps between requirements and product functionality, and build relationships onsite.
Gather information to generate proposals with appropriate service components, pricing, and assumptions.
Evaluate ServiceNow products and solutions to improve or enhance services, aligning with onshore ServiceNow leadership.
Understand business and technical problems addressed by proposed solutions, including regulations, business drivers, evolving needs, security, etc.
Produce compelling sales proposals and technical documentation outlining cost savings and business benefits.
Hands‑on experience creating demos and demonstrating ServiceNow products to audiences of varied technical knowledge.
Provide technical leadership during client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to ensure compliance with business policies and standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in the IT industry.
Technical experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
Experience in presales environments with large‑scale ServiceNow bids.
Experience supporting a Sales team to win new business in new and existing accounts.
Excellent customer‑facing, presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
Good business analysis and requirements analysis skills.
Ability to work as part of a small team with minimal supervision.
Travel availability up to 40% within North America to support onsite client work.
Preferred Qualifications
BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
ServiceNow Presales Accreditations.
ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification.
Compensation: approximate annual base range $100,000 to $125,000. Actual offer will depend on factors such as experience, skills, location, and equity.
Eligibility: Los Angeles and Dallas metro area candidates are eligible; all other locations are not eligible.
