Position We are seeking an Account Manager who will lead customer retention and revenue growth within a portfolio of restaurants in the Denver metro area. This field‑based role involves managing a portfolio of accounts in Denver and surrounding mountain towns and reports to the Manager, Account Managers.
Note: Applicant must live in the Denver metro.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Build and nurture high‑level relationships to serve as a trusted advisor to restaurants.
Assist restaurant management with configuration to optimize reservation flow.
Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities to sell premium marketing tools.
Create data‑driven presentations for ongoing business reviews.
Achieve company goals and sales objectives set quarterly.
Track weekly meeting and call activity in Salesforce.
Conduct monthly meetings with elite members.
Advocate for restaurant customers and resolve cross‑functional issues.
Act as the high‑level point of contact for customer concerns.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute restaurant‑specific marketing programs and drive participation in promotional programs.
Gather feedback from restaurants to suggest feature and functionality requirements for product upgrades.
Educate operators about industry trends and offer actionable, data‑driven insights.
Lead restaurant retention efforts and aid in re‑signing customers with expired contracts.
Experience and Skills Desired
Account management or equivalent experience in a restaurant/hospitality environment with validated customer service skills.
Excellent listening skills and ability to understand restaurant business objectives.
Deep expertise in restaurant operations and management, including analysis of P&L and financial statements.
Capability to collaborate across departments to solve problems and achieve results.
Strong awareness of economic and industry drivers and their implications on the restaurant business.
Comfortable handling objections and using a consultative sales approach.
Confidence delivering training and speaking in front of groups.
Excellent organizational skills, including task prioritization and effective time management.
Strong written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical, data‑driven approach to decision making.
Knowledge of Google Suite and understanding of Apple products and operating systems.
Experience using AI to draft and personalize outreach, research accounts, capture interaction data, and determine next steps.
Ability to thrive in an unstructured, forward‑thinking environment.
Valid driver’s license and transportation (all business‑related travel expenses reimbursed).
Must be located in the Denver metro area.

Salary The range for this U.S.‑located role is $70,000 – $80,000 USD. Additional compensation may include a base salary and eligibility for an annual bonus.
