Sr. Brand Manager, Ecommerce Fabric Care

Role Summary

The Sr. Brand Ecommerce Manager will demonstrate strategic, market activation, project prioritization and decision‑making skills that play a key role in driving the SBU’s support of its e-commerce objectives. Fabric Care is Church & Dwight’s largest SBU in sales, and the leader of e-commerce in this area will create a roadmap for profitability, manage key omnichannel partnerships, oversee content and strategy for a large portfolio of SKUs, and drive disruptive innovation such as AH Laundry Sheets while maintaining core responsibilities of an e‑commerce brand manager. Work Model

This is a hybrid role, requiring in-person attendance at our Ewing, NJ office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and remote work options on Monday and Friday. Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Overall SBU Ecommerce Brand Strategy

Leads development of e‑commerce strategy: multi‑year SBU growth targets, brand‑specific roadmap, and business‑driven tactical executions with key partners. Collaborates to ensure commercial organization alignment with broader brand strategies: national marketing, e‑retail activation strategy, and digital shelf best practices (i.e. A+ Page, images/video, product name, SEO, mobile optimized). Leads across departments and agencies to define and build a seamless data‑driven path to purchase. Accountable for creative team briefings and content approvals. Identifies channel/customer‑specific product assortment and acts on priorities via investment mix (trade, CP, shopper and media). Leverages data to measure investment returns and track market performance. Leads surfacing and implementation of channel/customer‑specific requirements including profitability, pricing, packaging, planning, and availability via multi‑factor analysis to achieve business and profitability goals. Actively responds by managing menu placement, taxonomy, share of search and digital shelf. Oversees promotion and campaign management in coordination with agency support and participates in the planning of retailer marketing and media programs through collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Identifies test and learn beta programs (such as video in search, Amazon post). Coordinates product launches online with Global New Products and Brand marketing. Brings forward new product opportunities and works with cross‑functional teams to quickly bring to market while supporting competitive and internal benchmarking to manage existing items, including reviews and content. Regularly updates FAQs/content in response, reporting on optimization opportunities back to brand team. Monitors 3P seller activity and partners with sales and legal to manage unauthorized sellers and counterfeits. Pureplay Profitability Management

Fabric Care’s profitability is critical; this individual will manage a key workstream to ensure long‑term profitability and will be a major focus of the role. In partnership with the director of online profitable growth, will drive a robust multi‑year strategy to improve profitability in e‑commerce including packaging innovation for fine reduction, e‑commerce exclusive innovation, and portfolio mix management across Arm & Hammer and Oxiclean. AH Laundry Sheets Acceleration

Oversee the growth of the exploding laundry sheet category as e‑commerce is a vital and dominant channel. Act as a liaison to advise on brick‑and‑mortar expansion and how to best support it through retail media and digital shelf strategy. Omnichannel Strategy & Leadership

Provide disproportionate e‑commerce leadership in retailer discussions for Fabric Care, which is our largest SBU and often receives funding requests and strategic direction. Partner with the omnichannel team to oversee the fabric‑care digital strategy across key customers while collaborating with the digital strategy team for appropriate activations. Oversight of Direct Report

Manage a direct report focused on Arm & Hammer laundry to ensure execution of commercialization, content, and profitability workstreams, allowing sufficient strategic focus on Oxiclean. Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA Preferred 7+ years of e‑commerce and brand marketing experience Proven history of driving e‑commerce sales growth Experience establishing e‑commerce processes across multiple departments and agencies; change‑management experience preferred Exceptional skills and demonstrated capability in creating e‑commerce reporting systems and strategies with diverse datasets Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Syndicated Data, Trade Promotion Management Familiarity with key retailer e‑commerce operations, platforms, promotional/media vehicles; DTC experience a plus Skills and Competencies

Motivated self‑starter eager to lead a step change in brand sales growth online. Comfortable handling details while thinking about the big picture. Works autonomously with internal and external teams and agencies. Demonstrated skills in managing complex processes across stakeholders with strong interpersonal skills and heightened communication. Exceptional ability to organize and visualize data to highlight actionable insights via engaging, persuasive storytelling. Significant passion and aptitude for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into action and financial results. Coach and mentor peers and direct reports to develop to their highest potential. The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $130,200 - 185,400. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of the position and candidate.
