Overview
We are seeking a
Senior Business Analyst
to support large-scale system transformation initiatives and business process improvements. This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, IT teams, and technology partners to analyze current processes, define future-state solutions, and drive successful system implementations.

Hybrid-4 days on site in MO, 1 remote
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document current-state (“AS IS”) business processes and define future-state (“TO BE”) solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate requirements into detailed functional specifications
Partner with IT and technical teams to convert functional requirements into technical solutions
Develop and document acceptance criteria, test cases, and validation processes
Lead and support
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
and ensure alignment with business requirements
Perform system testing and provide feedback on defects, enhancements, and usability improvements
Create and maintain regression testing documentation and support QA automation efforts
Configure systems and manage master data to support business operations
Assist with data migration activities from legacy systems to new platforms
Deliver training, demos, and documentation to ensure successful adoption of new systems
Support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions to production environments
Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
Mentor and support junior Business Analysts as needed
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise systems or transformation initiatives
Strong experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
Experience working within cross-functional teams in a project-based environment
Knowledge of
SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
and testing methodologies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with financial systems, trading systems, or enterprise platforms
Familiarity with
Agile methodologies
Experience with data migration, system integration, or reporting tools
Background in finance, accounting, or operations environments
