Client Executive – Select Accounts
The Client Executive on the Select Accounts Team will manage the servicing, marketing, and retention of new and renewal select accounts. Responsibilities include client presentations via email and phone, processing daily service tasks, and overseeing marketing and placement of accounts.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 5 years knowledge of the commercial insurance industry, laws, products, coverage, and markets.
Extensive knowledge of insurance company markets, conditions, binding authority, procedures, and underwriting guidelines.
Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers.
Proactive book‑of‑business management and development of healthy client relationships to retain accounts.
Ability to negotiate quotations with underwriters and evaluate the clients' needs.
Self‑starter, problem solver with strong time‑management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
Additional qualifications considered but not required:
College degree preferred.
CIC or equivalent preferred.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $64,700 to $120,400. Base pay will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. The position may also be eligible for performance‑based incentives. Additional benefits include health and welfare, tuition assistance, 401K savings, and other retirement programs, as well as employee assistance programs.
