A proactive, self‑motivated Senior Admin who can assess the org, prioritize improvements, and take ownership Experience working in mature Salesforce environments with active backlogs Focus on optimization, scalability, and platform health Salesforce Field Service experience Company Overview

Known for complex, high‑impact work and long‑term growth, the company supports a mission‑critical Salesforce environment used across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions (custom objects, Flow, Apex triggers, integrations) Architect and maintain security models (roles, sharing, permissions, governance controls) Establish data governance, quality standards, migrations, and compliance processes Build executive‑level dashboards and advanced reporting using Salesforce and CRM Analytics Support integrations with ERP, CPQ, marketing automation, and other enterprise systems Mentor admins and developers; promote best practices and technical standards Lead release management, sandbox strategy, testing, and deployments using DevOps / CI‑CD Create training, documentation, and enablement resources to drive adoption Partner with vendors and consulting partners; evaluate AppExchange solutions Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and platform improvements Required Qualifications
7+ years
of Salesforce Administration / Architecture experience in enterprise environments Salesforce
Administrator & Administrator II certifications
required Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, Flow automation, security, and data management Working knowledge of
Apex, LWC, SOQL, and APIs Preferred Experience
Salesforce Field Service DevOps tools (Gearset, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines) BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) Industry Clouds Work Location
Austin, TX Starts remote with expectation to transition to
hybrid onsite Up to
