We are seeking a detail-oriented and linguistically proficient Language Specialist to support the training and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will contribute to enhancing AI systems by evaluating prompts, reviewing AI-generated responses, and creating high-quality linguistic content. Your work will play a key role in improving the accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance of AI technologies used by global organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated prompts and responses for linguistic accuracy, coherence, and contextual appropriateness
Provide structured ratings along with clear, detailed feedback, identifying errors, inconsistencies, and potential biases
Create, edit, and curate high-quality content for training datasets across multiple domains
Collaborate with linguists, annotators, and AI researchers to continuously improve model performance
Ensure that cultural and linguistic nuances relevant to the German market are accurately reflected in all evaluations
Qualifications
Native-level or near-native proficiency in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong command of grammar, style, and linguistic accuracy
Prior experience in content writing, editing, proofreading, or linguistic evaluation is preferred
High level of attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills
Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Large Language Models (LLMs) is an advantage

Candidates will be required to complete two assessment stages prior to onboarding
